BIZPHYX collects personal information, including but not limited to your name, e-mail address and telephone number. We collect information about you, only if you voluntarily provide this information by completing our website forms.
We also collect IP information (the Internet address of your computer), to tell us which areas of our website you visit and how long you spend there. We do not link your IP address to anything personally identifiable. Your browser automatically provides us with the type of computer and operating system you are using. We only use this information for data analysis to improve the function of our website.

BIZPHYX uses your personal information to maintain the quality of our website and to deliver the services you have requested. We may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from BIZPHYX and its affiliates. However, your personal information such as name or e-mail address is not transferred to a third party. BIZPHYX does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to any third parties. The Information We Retain (Subscriber Lists)
All BIZPHYX website contacts are added to our mailing lists for e-mail newsletters, web announcements, press releases and training information. All of our electronic communications have an "unsubscribe" option, if you decide you do not want to receive this information.
We store customer e-mail addresses and contact information for the sole purpose of communicating with customers during and after a project is completed. As a business, we must maintain customer records. Additionally, we retain information from any of our website's subscription or contact forms, so that we can communicate with visitors and customers.

While BIZPHYX does not rent or sell your personal information to third parties, we will disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary. Credit Card and Financial Information
You may utilize our shopping cart or LMS to purchase online training. These transactions require the collection of financial information such as a credit card number, expiration date and CVS codes. When this personal financial information is transmitted to our credit card processor (PayPal), it is protected through the use of SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer). All data transmitted through our secure web server is fully encrypted, including your credit card number. Both PayPal and BIZPHYX, Inc. are PCI compliant.
We may manually process a credit card payment for a customer. After the transaction is completed and approved, all credit card information is destroyed and not stored, in accordance with PCI Security Standards. Each collection of financial information is for a single transaction, and not for future purchases.
Webinars and Training
When you register for a BIZPHYX training class or webinar, we may need to collect additional information from you. Webinar participants may also be required to use third party software, (e.g. Go To Meeting, Ready Talk). Third party providers are required to collect basic information such as name and e-mail address. You will be subject to the privacy policies of these providers.
Website Security (Protect Yourself)
We do all that we can to protect the users of our website. However, there are things you should do to protect your own identity and personal information. BIZPHYX encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you link to from BIZPHYX, so you understand how these sites collect, use and share your information. BIZPHYX is not responsible for the privacy statements or content on other websites linked to and from BIZPHYX, including professional member organizations. Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data on BIZPHYX public forum sites (e.g. WordPress Support Desk) or social media sites (e.g. Twitter), information may be collected and used by others. BIZPHYX does not read any of your private online communications. As stated, If we accept a credit card payment from you, we use PCI compliant merchant processors like PayPal, however it is ultimately your responsibility to protect your personal and credit card information. Never share or store passwords, always sign-off when using a shared computer, clear cookies and cache after web sessions, utilize your own firewall and virus protection software, and NEVER complete a credit card transaction on our website or any website, unless you see a valid security seal like https:// or the SSL padlock, in your browser bar. This is your responsibility as a prudent Internet user.
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
BIZPHYX does not share any information about a client or potential client to third parties. We treat the information of clients and potential clients as if a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place. Once a contract or business relationship is formed with a client, BIZPHYX adheres to whatever privacy controls are required by the client. This is important with regard to webinar training programs and customer templates. Privacy controls include signing a reciprocal NDA.
