Sue Clancy
CEO
Over 23 years ago, Sue leveraged 25 years of operations and management experience and co-founded BIZPHYX. She is a nationally sought-after speaker and trainer on topics such as ICT supply chain requirements, TL 9000 and ISO quality standards. Sue has shown other entrepeneurs how certifying to a quality standards can help them compete in Fortune 500 supply chains. She has delivered quality overviews and supplier education sessions to nearly 1,000 small businesses and diverse suppliers. Sue is a former Executive Contributor of the QuEST Forum Executive Board. Sue is also a former member of the AT&T Women Entrepreneurs’ Forum. Sue also received the Legends Lifetime Achievement Award, QuEST Forum’s highest quality award for her career contributions to ICT quality.
Bob Clancy
Senior Vice President
With an extensive ICT career that spans nearly 52 years, Bob has held senior and executive positions at companies such as CCA, DSC Communications, and Alcatel. He has a vast ICT background that includes OEM product realization, EF&I services, technical support, post-commissioning support, and customer training. As Co-Founder and SVP of BIZPHYX, Bob actively manages -learning, consulting, and internal auditing services. Since 1998, Bob is a QuEST Forum Fellow, has led efforts to develop and refine the TL 9000 Quality Management System, and has been a TL 9000 practitioner and trainer since 2001.
